Getting started
How do I start a design?
Start your design with a blank slate, upload your own photos, and customize your piece from there — no pre-made design to work around.
How many photos can I use?
Choose anywhere from one photo up to six — each one becomes its own individually printed box, so you can build a single piece or a coordinated set.
Do you offer custom sizes?
Standard sizes cover most walls, but we consider custom sizing on request within reason. Reach out through our contact form before ordering.
Customizing
Do I need to buy a frame separately?
No — we don't sell frames. Every piece ships ready to hang, box to wall, in under five minutes.
Can I change my photo to black and white?
Yes — the Effect option in the customization studio includes Color, Black & White, Noir, Silver, and Vintage, applied live to your uploaded photos.
What does the "border" option control?
Border controls how much space (matting) sits around the edge of your photo — choose None, Thin, Medium, or Thick, plus a mat color.
Can I replace a photo after uploading it?
Yes, just click the box again in the customization studio to upload a new photo — it replaces the previous one immediately.
Shipping & delivery
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 7–10 business days after design review and production, shown at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the countries listed at checkout. Contact us if you don't see yours and we'll see what's possible.
Returns & refunds
Can I return a custom print if I change my mind?
Because each piece is personalized and approved by you before production, we generally can't accept change-of-mind returns. See our full refund policy for details.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and we'll replace it or refund you in full.
Account & payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment through Stripe (credit and debit cards) and PayPal.
Do I need an account to order?
Yes — a quick login or free registration is required before checkout, so you can track your order and revisit your designs anytime in My Account.
