Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we accept once your order is confirmed. Payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal; we never store your full card details on our servers.
You keep ownership of every photo you upload. By uploading a photo, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and you grant us a limited license to reproduce it solely to produce and ship your order.
Please don't upload images you don't have the rights to, or content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes on someone else's rights. We may decline to produce an order that violates this.
Prices are shown at checkout and may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to keep sizes and options available, but occasionally something may be temporarily unavailable.
Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you once an order is handed to the carrier, though we're always happy to help resolve a shipping issue.
Because each piece is personalized, returns and refunds are handled under our separate refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
Aside from photos you upload, the site design, and the Handcraft'd by Design name and branding belong to us and may not be copied or reused without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Handcraft'd by Design isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or your order, beyond the amount you paid for that order.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
